Make up Policy
Missing a class? Plan ahead!
If you are attending term / mini-term courses and there are sessions that you can't attend and would like to do a make up class, you will now have the ability to cancel a session and make it up in another timeslot. You may make up for your missed class in another class that is not full and that is of the same or lower level and value. This option must be exercised within the same term in which payment applies.
Do note that the cancellation must be done before the class starts.

Head on to our website www.madcollection.sg, and click on the menu dropdown.

Click on “M.A.D Student” >> “My Account” and it will bring you to the MindBody Classic platform.

Sign in to your account, or register for a new one if it’s your first time with us.

After signing in, you will land on the “My Info” page. Look for “My Schedule” in the menu.

Tip: try rotating your phone to reveal the “My Schedule” menu.

Locate the class you wish to reschedule and click on “cancel”. This will return 1 session of your course into your account.

To book into another timeslot, click on Term Courses (or Mini Term if applicable).

Find the day and time of the course you’re looking to swap to and click on “Sign Up Now!”

Ensure you’re booking for only 1 session.
Select the date of class that you wish to make up in and click “Enroll”.

And you’re done! Your rescheduled class should be reflected in “My Schedule”.

Missed a Class
If you missed a class, unfortunately we would not be able to return the one session to you. We do recommend arranging for a mutual swap with another student who is missing their lesson to secure a chance of making up in a full class. You are also welcome to try your luck by turning up for another class of the same or lower level and value. Do note that Priority will always be given to students who have registered for the class or have paid for drop-in. In the event that make-up students exceed the available poles in the class, it will be on first-come-first-serve basis, i.e. make-up student(s) arriving later will be asked to leave, no reservations allowed. Make-up student’s arrival timing will be determined by their reporting time to instructor conducting the class.
